Keystone Consulting Engineers (KCE), offers a multitude of professional surveying disciplines in an efficient and cost-effective manner. KCE uses state of the art GPS, Robotic, and electronic survey equipment and, with six Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) and four Surveyors-in-Training on-staff, we are capable of fielding up to eight survey crews on any given day. KCE also employs an experienced support staff, which is well-versed in the latest versions of AutoCad and GIS (Geographic Information System) software. The PLS’s, field crews, engineers, and support staff all work together in the preparation of the final product, whether it is a small boundary survey plot plan, large subdivision plan, or GIS exhibit. With over 30 years of experience throughout the Lehigh Valley and significant familiarity with the research and administrative procedures at the Lehigh, Northampton, and Monroe County courthouses, our clients expect only the best possible service from Keystone Consulting Engineers.

The coordination between all in-house field survey crews, support staff, PLS’s and engineers produces an attractive ‘economies of scale’ for all of your survey and engineering needs. To facilitate other efficiencies, the finished product is positioned in the State Plane Coordinate System, which directly inserts in GIS and AutoCAD applications. This is a very versatile and useful tool which satisfies a new and growing demand of many municipalities, engineers, and architects. —- KCE employs about twenty survey personnel company-wide, is equipped with a fleet of fifteen trucks, three GPS units, four robotic total stations, eight electronic distance measuring devices, and eight automatic levels.
