The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) promotes special safeguards for our natural resources in the Commonwealth. To assist our clients in their need to optimize land use planning and sustainable development, Keystone Consulting Engineers (KCE) and works collaboratively with the PADEP staff, thereby facilitating timely permitting of projects. KCE designs and executes the cost-effective site investigations that are required to support applications for land development permits.
