Keystone Consulting Engineer’s (KCE) Institutional Clients, recognizing the importance of extensive expertise in land development review processes and experience in all institutional development approval and construction needs, have effectively positioned KCE as a leader in the area of institutional projects site design and approval.

Our Institutional Clients are assigned a Project Manager experienced in the applicable Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances. This Manager shepherds the project from the initial project meetings and site design, through all the required Local, County, and State approvals, and then finally to site construction oversight and project completion. —- The Project Manager works extensively with other KCE personnel that have specific experience in site grading and drainage, landscaping, environmental engineering, and traffic design, in order to provide our clients with the most cost effective management services possible. —- Over the past 25 years, we have obtained approval of numerous Institutional projects throughout the Lehigh Valley.
